I had pizza on Thursday. Now it's Sunday and I am feeling so lethargic and generally terrible. Could it be possible that I'm affected by something I had 4-5 days ago?

Maybe.

For me its usually about 1 a.m. After I accidentally get gluten! Then I spend the next couple of hours in the bathroom and feel " puny" the rest of the day.

For me it's 20 minutes to a day but the effects will often keep cropping up every few days for a while. It is possible that you are still feeling the effects of the pizza although unusual if the first symptoms took 4-5 days to appear.

I hope you feel better.

I agree I can usually tell if I get accidentally glutened within 20 minutes. It also takes several days to get back to normal. Before I was diagnosed and was strictly gluten free, the symptoms came at random, but were usually present. Hope this helps!
