Hi everyone,
My 14 year old daughter was diagnosed with celiac about 3 weeks ago. I found this site almost immediately and you all have been very helpful . Thank you! My question is : Does anyone use TMarzetti Caramel dip? I called them last week and they said it was gluten-free but today they couldn't confirm gluten-free or not. What does everyone think??

That is a brand that should not hide anything. It should be safe even if there are otherwise questionable ingredients unless it says wheat,rye,barley,oats clearly on the label.
