I have been gluten free for 3 months to test out possible sensitivity issues, no confirmed diagnosis. I feel like I have noticed benefits but feel like I lack true evidence. Although, not having awful gas most days of the week and less BM issues is a positive. Before going gluten free, I was reducing dairy in my diet with little benefit. Withint he last 3 weeks I have been eating more yogurt and cheese (figured dairy didn't make a difference time to move onto eliminating something else). The last 2-3 days I felt tired, gassy, nauseous and just off. Is it possible that it is the mix of dairy and gluten? Anyone with similar experiences?
