I ran across this today while out. Has anyone tried this? How did it measure up? I have tried the store brand (Irresistibles) gluten-free pasta and mac and cheese and it was absolutely horrid. The cake mix, on the other hand was quite good.

Curious about the flour blend. But at $6 a bag I thought I would see if anyone else has used it before I purchased it.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
