Should I Exclude Lactose Free Dairy Products?

I am 10 months in gluten free, still not well. Stomach issues improved, but I´m still dealing with fatigue. I read that it´s recommended to quit dairy products. But what about lactose free dairy products?

There are two components to dairy that might be giving you problems - lactose or casien. Things like milk and ice cream and yogurt have both. Things like hard cheeses and butter only have the casien. Maybe try giving up all dairy for a while and then add butter and cheese back to see if they bother you?
