Hey everyone,

I found this article about how rice and rice products have high levels of arsenic:

 http://www.fda.gov/F...rce=govdelivery

This article says people should only eat 2 servings of rice per week:

http://consumersunio...c-in-rice-data/

Right now I eat rice everyday, sometimes 2 servings per day.
Is anyone else concerned about this and limiting their consumption of rice? What are you substituting the rice for?

Thanks.
