I read this on a site.. Is this the grain with a circle and a cross line thru it? Just curious why a Dermatitis Herpetiformis ? Is that just a Celiac thing? Forgive me for sounding stupid. I am still trying to learn this stuff :)

many manufacturers add a Celiac and Dermatitis Herpetiformis Charity Cross Grain Symbol to their packaging for gluten-free foods. If this symbol is present, it is a guarantee that the food is gluten-free, suitable for a gluten-free diet and suitable for celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis treatment.

I 'm not sure what you are trying to say? Especially the DH part?

There are several groups with gluten-free certifications programs:

http://www.gfco.org/

Probably a couple of others and some differences by country. Maybe if you provided the link we would understand what you are saying?

Blood tested 8-11 positive, Biopsy 9-11 negative (long story, most gastro drs. are morons)

gluten-free 7-11, Dairy Free (mostly) 8-13 - Everything but butter.  Can't live life without butter....

DS - negative blood test, just diagnosed with ADD and other learning disorders, DNA test positive - high risk

Issues related to gluten: depression, low iron, hair loss, positive ana test for lupus, low vitamin D, headache, sinusitis, environmental allergies, brain fog, GI problems, weight gain....the list goes on....
