I made it myself by using a box grater and grating sort of stale bread (I always save the bread "heels" for crumbs, etc) on the biggest hole and then toasting it in the oven. It's awesome!

I have only ate 1 kind of Gluten free bread at my daughters. It was very good!! I seen the Gluten Free Panko at the store the other day and was This -- > = close to getting it! But I didn't .. Great Idea!! I might try it
