Gluten Free Panko

I made it myself by using a box grater and grating sort of stale bread (I always save the bread "heels" for crumbs, etc) on the biggest hole and then toasting it in the oven. It's awesome!

Glad you discovered it. I like it, too. So-called gluten free "panko" in stores is not even remotely similar!

I have only ate 1 kind of Gluten free bread at my daughters. It was very good!! I seen the Gluten Free Panko at the store the other day and was  This  -- > = close to getting it! But I didn't .. Great Idea!! I might try it :)
