Just wondering. I went CF last week and have had some odd issues popping up here and there and am wondering if there will be a detox period similar to what one can have when first removing gluten.

I have not heard of withdrawal symptoms from removing casein.

Good luck.

I have. I would google it, but I could swear there were studies done on gluten and dairy withdraw. Both act like opioids in the brain. I did find articles online, so check it out.
