I thought that i would save you all some grief because of my dumb mistake. I used grisi brand seaweed soap on my face and didn't check the ingredientd first. I broke out in hives and my face got all puffed up. I still have diarrhea, etc.. 3 days later. So, long story short, don't use this soap! Don't ask me why i didn't check the ingredients, i absolutely know better, and by the way, it says that it has wheat in it. I am trying not to fell like an idiot, but it is hard, i did this to myself. Hoping to save someone some pain.

Ugh!  I am sick of reading labels, but it's what we've got to do.  Hope you're feeling better soon. :)

thank you, i know that accidental gluten ingestion is talked about a lot here, and i just don't get why i would do that. I have been on this road for a few years, you would think this wouldn't happen anymore!
