Spent another great week on the Sun Dancer II in Belize. Jerry Carcamo was the chef again and the food was perfect. Desserts were a particular treat. They included flan and a flourless chocolate fudge dessert chocolate lovers would die for. Additionally, there were two surprises.
First, some gluten-free products are becoming available in Belize. As a result, Jerry was able to augment the on-board menu.
Second and for the first time in my experience (drum roll please!!!), there was another celiac diver on-board! It was definitely nice encountering another celiac diver. There are just too few of us.
