I am still quite new to this whole digestive issue thing...but I am trying to get on the right track ASAP.

What probiotics do you use and what digestive enzymes do you recommend?

I  think Digestive enzymes from Enzymedica  called  Digest  Gold  are  excellent...

You should  rotate  probiotics. some good ones  are  pearls, Dr.Ohirra's  twelve point  professional formula...Align   plus  many more

BioK+.   Rice or Soy is best for starting out.    The dairy version has a strange consistency that might turn off a newbie in my experience.

I love my probiotic, Florajen 3. It's made a huge difference.

I have used Custom Probiotics, JarrodophilisAF and a few others.

Switch them up once and a while. They work wonders!

And the Enzymedica Digest Gold worked very well for me when I needed to use.them.

I see a few people have mentioned switching up your probiotics often.. what is the benefit to doing that? I was not aware of that so now I'm thinking I should be switching mine up.. but what is the reasoning behind it?

thanks!

I use Realfood organics daily probiotic. It's vegan, which is great if you can't have the other probiotics.

I think it has to do with changing up the various strains that each probiotic offers.
