Has this happened to anyone else? I am reading the symptoms for fructose intolerance and that seems like it could be what is going on, as many gluten containing foods are also unsafe for people with fructose intolerance to consume. I just went to the doctor again, as it seems now I am still having symptoms even after being totally gluten free for 6+ months and not consuming any gluten at all.

I have a breath test for fructose intolerance this friday.
