Beware of corn starch? He's going with ALL gluten, not the gluten that harms celiac. And dextrin almost always is made from corn, not wheat. Vegetable cooking spray as a possible source of gluten is the most random thing...he does recognize cross-contamination as being a problem, though. This article demonstrates an about average understanding of celiac by media/press standards.
