Anyone Ever Hear Of This Blood Allergy Test?

I don't know about the specific test that you talked about. The Genova food intolerance test (which I did) checked for antibodies to various foods. I felt better after avoiding all foods which I had antibodies to. My test had 60 foods, and over 200 sounds awesome. After my test, there were 11 foods deemed safe for me and I would have liked to know more safe foods. I ate many new foods during my time avoiding 49 of 60 foods I often ate. I found out I didn't have to worry about having antibodies to food that I had not eaten.

No, it can’t. In fact, it can’t detect any form of food allergy or intolerance."
Seems like some sort of elimination diet might be cheaper and more accurate. Not as easy....

“Here tonight we share a love of Science, Technology, Math and Engineering, and most importantly the spirit of invention. That’s the spirit that made America the most innovative country in the world,” said President Obama. “We need our young people to keep that spirit alive … we need to encourage our kids and invest in their education. We need to give them the chance to become the next generation of scientists and engineers and entrepreneurs. If they study hard in math and science, then their futures are going to be bright and so is America’s,” he continued." - Barack Obama, August 2011
