We will be spending a few days in Reno, Nevada soon.  Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants that are gluten free friendly?  Thank you!

Self diagnosed gluten intolerant, gluten free since 12/09.
Diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 years ago. Fibro symptoms have improved but not gone away with gluten free living.
Osteoarthritis, mostly in hands and neck and lumbar spine. Not sure if going gluten-free has helped that problem, but it certainly can't hurt. (Am very grateful that so far no sign of the RA that is devastating my mother lately.)
Considering a dairy free trial. Considering.

Anthony's a Dandelion Deli is a great choice. He is always helpful with questions. They have gluten free and allergen friendly options. Be aware though they do have some wheat bread, but are careful with cc.

Starlings Seafood Steakhouse is accommodating just avoid dessert. They did not relay messages correctly to dessert chef to avoid cross contamination.
