I had the most amazing gluten-free french toast at a restaurant last week! If bread could melt in your mouth, this would. It was so light and fluffy and moist. I haven't been able to find a similar recipe online, so I think I'd like to try to recreate it.
In the ingredients list, I know there was:
Coconut flour and arrowroot starch (there were no other flours besides these)
Banana (though it was not a banana bread - maybe it's used as a sweetener?)
Does anyone know of a recipe with these ingredients? Or have any tips on creating my own recipe?
