Anyone who knows me,. knows I am the probiotics pusher on here. LOL

I know they helped turn my gut around. Highly recommend them. I am really liking Florajen3 right now.

Thanks for the brand name recommendation. The ones I have used I have not seen an improvement with. Forget the name though. I'll try these when I run out of the ones I have.

Does  anyone  know of a  specific brand  that  has  these  specific   strains of  the  probiotic  mention in this  article?  I  take  several  name brands and  alternate  them...
