Noodles And Company Changes Mind

I was a frequent diner at Noodles and Company, they had a list of gluten-free items and took allergy precautions by using a special "allergy aware" disposable pan to cook the items in. I felt pretty safe eating there. But today when I went there I was told the Bangkok Curry that I always ordered there is now no longer on the list of gluten-free items because there is gluten in the sauce. Apparently, always has been and I was being exposed every time I ate there. I was wondering why some of my symptoms were not getting better (diagnosed in Feb '05) and my last dr. visit she was mentioning I may have refractory celiac disease and did more blood tests that I don't have results to yet. Very frustrated! But mostly wanted to pass this info on to as many people as I could that might be eating at this restaurant. The really disturbing part is that the list is dated Oct. 12th and it's now the 29th, I have probably order my "allergy aware" meal twice in that time when they should have known their new information.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
