This Thursday (10 am central) we are talking about how to do a rotational diet. I have been doing one for many months now, and I find it a very satisfying way to eat. . It seems like everyday I look forward to some food that I can have that day. It comes by every forth day! The diet helps me to find foods that I do not tolerate. Setting the diet up in the first place and getting it going is a little tricky, so I am working on putting down some ideas that can help.
