The menu has lots of gluten-free options however it says in fine print on the menu that cc is possible. Has anyone tried it? I am wondering on whether it is more of a CYA statement and if I explain to the server my condition they can accommodate me safely.

Funny - it just popped up on a search, and I was thinking of trying it today for lunch.  I'm hoping someone who knows replies.

Did you get a chance to try it Nikki? It would be great to know. I used to eat there before my diagnosis and miss their food :)

I went yesterday and it was great!  The host/server really seemed to understand cross-contamination, the fries are made in a dedicated fryer, the tapioca rice bun wasn't awful (often I just forego the bun, but this was decent) and they even have a special gluten-free button on their little hand-held order machines.

 

Such a nice addition to our choices.

I should add, though, that I don't think I'm a highly sensitive Celiac.  Nonetheless, I haven't noticed any reaction.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
