I Think I Made The Watch List...

So I went to Kroger to do some grocery shopping, and saw they had their store brand Gluten Free pasta in sale (only 20 cents off, but it adds up!). I grabbed 15 of them, finished shopping, and when I paid, I still had more money left in my grocery budget....so I bought the last 7 on the shelf. And since I'm a cheap person would do, I went back inside to customer service and got a rain check for the sale price since they were out on the shelf.

Thanks a lot....... I promised my baby boy pasta for dinner and the Kroger was all out. :(

Lol - just joking with you! But... You know the pasta sauce for all those will cost you $44?

How do you figure that it will cost me $44 for the sauce? I've got my ways...also known as sales, and oil based sauce, or just a nice big bowl of butter noodles. :-)

LOL!  That was sneaky to go back and get a rain check.  However, I would do the same thing.  gluten-free stuff on sale?  Heck yeah!

One of the best sauces is a pat of butter, some starchy pasta water, garlic, and some Parmesan.  Especially good on flavorful veggies.

The bad thing is the cashier whose line I normally go to was off and doing her shopping, and looked at me as I was at customer service saying I need the rain check and asked me "didn't you just buy all of those??"

Melt some butter. Squeeze a bunch of fresh garlic into it. Saute some mushrooms into it. Put a bunch of shredded cheese on your pasta and then pour the butter/garlic/mushrooms on top. WAY better than spaghetti sauce.

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.

My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any kind of hidden glue? Help!
