Thank you for this great information! I appreciate it. Does gluten build up on a day to day basis? Like if a person consumes 1-2 grams of gluten today and then another 1-2 tomorrow, does that become more like 4 gm of gluten in your body? And so on?- celiac disease

10 years later, my celiac is progressing
I mostly eat healthy. My diet has varied over the past 10 years but mostly consisted of meals I cooked at home made from scratch. Speculating on Benjamin Franklin's Health: Could He Have Had Celiac Disease?
Not wholly sure what benefit there is to this kind of speculation.
