The ones I looked at seemed fine but to be sure just call their 800 number or e-mail the customer service guy.

Yeah... I had hoped for a quick yes or no from someone who knew for sure. Oh well. I scrapped the dinner plans and made something else. I'll wait until I get an official status report from the company. Emeril's sausages are all gluten free. I don't like the hot one's but the apple chicken is good.

jnkmnky--
I LOVE Han's sausages :) Too bad I wasn't online last night! Anyone, most are gluten-free, except for a few. I have talked to them on the phone, and they verified this for me...and their "allergy" processing practices etc. Anywho, you can go here to ck the ingredients also: http://www.hansallnatural.com/dir/products...t.aspx?catid=14 but that ones that are NOT gluten-free are the Green Onion, Cilantro and Red Pepper. They all have variations of wheat in the ingredients. So if you read the label, you'll be safe. My favs are the brautwurst, mild and spicy. I use them in soups, rice and beans, casseroles. Good stuff, enjoy!

You read right the first time. I made something else last night. BUT, this morining, I popped in to see if anyone responded with an answer, and you had. So, I don't need to give tonight's dinner a second thought. Trust me when I tell you that this is a good thing for a mother of three. Some nights dinner ends up being a bowl of cereal if my day's been that exhausting. It's nice to know in advance what's on the menu!

I understand, I try to plan ahead for my dh and I even. I HATE thawing out and cooking frozen meat! So, planning ahead means its already thawed :) I don't know what I hate it so much...that, and filling my car up with gas! :)
