I work, and hate, hate, hate cooking. Of the lousy breads my wife has tried, only one does she even begin to like barely...The Brown Rice Bread by Ener-G foods. But it is hard, and has be be buttered to endure the stuff. I don't have time, nor energy to be baking things at night, when we are home. Is there any manufacturer that makes a SOFT palatable bread that doesn't taste like a lousy rock?

I think that is the best question ever asked on here. My husband has tried a couple different types of bread & they are all hard as rocks. We don't have time either to be baking bread. Hopefully someone knows of something good.

If you have a Whole Foods near you, their Gluten Free Bakeshop Sandwich Bread is good. Also try the Cinnamon Rasin toasted!
