My test came back positive for dairy sensitivity...does this mean eliminating dairy altogether? I have eliminated gluten and am seeing improvement. Does dairy effect the intestines the same way gluten does? I realize the severity of celiac but what about dairy? thanks, Paula

Dairy intolerance can cause similar symptoms as Celiac. Diarreah, constipation, gi discomfort....etc. However, a dairy intolerance is NOT life threatning in the sense that Celiac is. Some people can tolerate a little dairy, or certain kinds of dairy, but not alot. Others can not have any. It will depend much on your tolerant level. Also, many with Cleliac, need to avoid Diary for a while until their bodies are healed. You may find the sensitivity improves later.
