Any ideas if Rockstar Energy Drink or the diet version, are gluten free?

you should drink NONE of those energy drinks if you have celiac disease (even if you don't). i used to work for the globe's most popular energy drink for years until i got sick. docs are pretty convinced that my continual consumption of that product greatly contributed to my condition.

if you need the rush, drink green tea, or coffee, if that is your thing.

keep in mind, although synthetically derived, energy drinks often have their sugars as carbohydrate-derived.

stay off it, take it from one who has literally well over a thousand of those cans under his belt!

I've never had an energy drink before and I probably wouldn't try it because it has an ingredient that I don't sit well with - I was simply curious. Thanks though.
