Help
I currently take Vit. B12 in a tablet form. Its a slow release tablet. I understand that the body absorbs the sublingual form better than a pill. Could anyone point me to a gluten-free sublingual B12? Thanks.

I use Enzymatic Therapy ones and they are gluten free-say it right on the bottle and taste pretty good too(not to mention very small)

Mine is from "The Vitamin Shoppe"---many CVS vitamins are gluten free too and it says it on the package. Nature Made may have one too. Nature Made always states on the container if they are gluten free. Deb

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!

i use country life -- says on the bottle "NO: yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color." it also has folic acid in it, and it tastes like cherry! 
diagnosed 8/05 through positive bloodwork & biopsy

Is anyone familiar with the Trader Joes B6/B12/folic acid sublingual? It has stevia in it, says no corn or starch in it, but has natural flavors. I had one yesterday (I had gotten them for my husband and he gave me one, and I wasn't really thinking so I took it) and maybe 8-10 hours later I started feeling nauseated, then my stomach has just been really gassy ever since and I've had no appetite. It doesn't say anywhere on it that it's wheat or gluten free, but the only place that could sneak in is the natural flavors.
Just curious. I'm kind of mad because just YESTERDAY I posted here it's been a couple of months or so since I've been glutened. I'm pretty sure by the stomach noise I'm getting and the weird appetite that might be what happened to me. Bummer.
