Nuts On Clark

Do you feel safe eating products from Nuts on Clark?  They are usually available at airports and train stations.  A well meaning friend brought me cheddar popcorn from there because the box said "gluten free".  There was nothing else on the box noted about shared facilities, etc.  I thanked her, but need a little more info before I eat it.

Call the company to ask why they think their popcorn is gluten-free?

I was offered a sample of popcorn at the mall, she said it was gluten free but could not garentee it.  that was Monday.  im feeling better now.

I tried to get in touch with the company, but they haven't replied, and it's been a couple of weeks.  That's why I asked on here.  I wouldn't be as much worried about the popcorn as I would be the handling of it and the seasonings.

I guess, that, it you don't trust a company when they say " gluteny free", you shouldn't eat it. Probably should just stick to one ingredient whole foods you can trust once you wash them off well.

My hub brought home some mixed nuts from Nuts on Clark.  I looked at the website and it mentioned that the popcorn is all gluten free.  But no mention of nuts.  I called and someone returned my call.  The nuts are gluten-free.

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
