Help
I was trying to take vitamins but every time I would take them, I would get sick. It turned out, there was gluten in my vitamins! Does anyone have suggestions for really good gluten-free products? Liquid would be good, since I can't swallow pills, but I don't know where to get them.

If you go to the health food store you will find a selection of them. There are a whole bunch of liquid ones that should be available as well. Alot of them will say what they are free of.
