Help
I had heard that licking envelopes was forbiden on the gluten-free diet, so I had been sealing them with a damp paper towel. This was OK, but kind of strange. When I went to my grocery store, I saw envelopes made by Top Flight called Strip & Seal. You just peel off the plastic strip and seal the envelope. They're great, I don't feel as different, and they're easier to seal than dampening with a cloth.
