hehe...that's cute! Ener-g was the 1st gluten-free food I tried after being diagnosed.....I didn't even TRY another bread for 4 months after that!

Totally funny! Especially the EnerG bread, however, have any of you tried the light tapioca yet? Seriously, it isn't bad. Toast it and put butter on it... it's pretty decent. OK, it's no Manna From Anna... but I do like it. Those are probably my two favorite gluten-free breads.
