I have posted here periodically inquiring about various items and brands, and I want to thank those of you that have replied...very helpful! :) For those of you that don't me, I own and operate a low carb store and am working on bringing in gluten-free/CF products. I understand how difficult it can be to locate the items you need, and then discovering how bad that $6 loaf of bread tastes! Filling the shelves has been a slow process as I have been going strictly by recommendations, as I don't want to waste my customers time with the bad stuff; I am sure you all can appreciate that. :D

This time I was wondering about the brand 'Foods by George'. More specifically the english muffins, cinnamon currant english muffins, no-rye rye english muffins, brownies & pizza crusts; these are all also dairy free.

Also, for those of you that have trouble with dairy/casein...how do you do when butter is in a product? Or is it not worth the risk? The Pound Cake, Crumb Cake and Pecan Tart (assuming they are tasty) I am sure would be well received, but there is butter in them and I don't know if it is worth carrying them.

If you have tried any of the above listed products, or anything from his line, I would love to hear what you thought.

Thanks so much!

Brynn
