Hello,

I was searching online for gluten-free products and came across a site that suggested a bunch of gluten-free cookbooks. I wanted to pass the site along incase some of you are in search of cookbooks and need some ideas. Sorry if this is repeat information!! I hope someone finds it useful.

Check it out: Gluten-free Info and Cookbooks

Take care,

Thanks, Channon--A great selection of cookbooks! I don't have any gluten free cookbooks yet--I've been converting my old favorites as I go along--but will be getting a couple soon. :)

You're welcome. I forgot to mention to click on the products link! I read a lot of the reviews posted and most are good but everyone has their opinion.

I checked out the events link and this organization holds educational conferences every year it seems like. In June 2007 there will be an educational conference in Richmond, VA for a few days. May be of interest for those of you on the east coast. You can make a vacation out of it, go to the beach afterwards. I was thinking about doing that since I'm in NJ.
