i have been using pantene and aveda shampoo and conditions forever...now that im 95% sure that im going to be dx with celiacs i need to know what shampoos are safe...any good ones u use that u recommend?
also anyone use a good deoderant that gluten-free?

Hi Moongirl--Aveda products I used to love, but many of them contain wheat. Because of my fear of cross contamination, I don't use them or any "regular brands" anymore. Thats just my opinion, though. I'm using shampoo from The Gluten Free Savonnerie now and like it. No C.C. worries. I plan to try the shampoo and bodywash from California Baby (ordered it the other day!). Several here use their stuff, and I need a little safe variety! As far a deodorant, I currently use Secret solid unscented. Verified by phone gluten-free. eeyor fan has many product lists that you can search for other products.
