Hi,
Since I am gluten-free and eat very low carbs and have hypothyroidism(that is stablized with both T3 and T4 medication :D ) and hypogonadism [low progesterone(managed with natural cream) and low-moderate testosterone) and low adrenals (which are responding to adrenal support :D )I want to supplement with pregnenolone. However I would love to hear from experienced, knowledgeable and kind people that have valuable input on their pregnenolone supplementation.

The trick is knowing exactly when to start. Each new symptom that arises has been addressed. However, since I have multiple problems, I am not certain if adding one more supplement will help or hinder at this time.

I really appreciate your support!

PHEW! That's a mouth full.
