Help
I just checked and found out that all Mountain High yoghurts are gluten-free. They are soooo good! Not only are they gluten-free, they are also sweetened with fruictose and taste wonderful. A big container of Mountain High all natural yoghurt costs the same as a store-brand, corn syrup sweetened tub does...and costs less than Dannon or Yoplait, at least where I live.

Feeling up and down, but better!
Mommy of a gluten-free 8 yr old, a 6 yr old who (much to her dismay) will be gluten-free soon and a 2 yr old who is so far symptom-free. Contemplating putting the whole family on the gluten-free diet since crumbs have become my nemisis!
