Are there any South African's out there. I have been reading this site and have not as yet come across anyone from home.

I am feeling lonly, please reply, there must be someone out there!!!!
I feel 100 times better since cutting out gluten, what a life change.

But Yvonne, screen name Bonnie is in S. Africa. Maybe you two can help each other...she's had a hard time being gluten-free where she is at....

My sister is studying at Wits this semester and she is gluten intolerant. She says that it is really easy there than in the US, much easier because of all the Europeans and the raw food.
