I eat alot of Tostios corn chips and I am very servere, if I eat a crumb of something I will be sick within a few minutes, they are strickly corn as far as I know But still eat them at your own risks, I also eat a brand called Santinas made by the frito company

I like the rounds, the regular chips and the scoops...

Tostitos are awesome, I've never had problems. Never had problems with the baked cheetos either, though be warned those things have a crack-like quality.

I have not had any issues with Tostitos Corn Tortilla Chips, or the Tostitos Gold. I love them and eat them quite often. For the first month after my diagnosis, I pretty much lived on Tostitos Chips and Tostitos Salsa!

ALWAYS check when you try a new brand - don't trust that there is no gluten, just because they are called 'corn' chips.

I would stay away from Humpty Dumpty corn chips. The last I heard, they produced their chips all on the same line. I heard that they were changing their production lines, but I have had no conformation on that. I also don't eat Tostios corn chips since there is a risk of cross contamination with them. The only corn chips that I trust are Old El Paso.

My favorite corn chips are the Mission brand ones. Great with salsa or cheese/salsa dips, etc. Yummy!!! And they say Gluten Free right on the bag. Have to LOVE that!!! :)
