I've been really ill lately (glutened) by something in my home, I don't know what it is. It happened I think the day before yesterday. I got new symptoms that I've never had before, they we're horrible! My thighs we're in excruciating pain to the point where I had to keep heat on them, practically all day. I was so fatigued, it took everything to even speak up in my normal voice. I had really bad arthiritic type pain on the top of my hands. Really Bad Diarhrea, body pains everywhere, slight sore throat, no fever.

I checked everything from top to bottom on what could have glutened me. Called every company. My husband and I have been using a lot of the organic Horizon products lately, so I double checked with them. I couldn't find the culprit.

Finally today, I woke up feeling better, the pain in my thighs we're almost completely gone. I still have a little pain on the top of my feet. I made some plain constant comment tea. We are out of plain white sugar right now, so I Imperial free flowing brown sugar I stopped drinking my tea. I read the ingredients and the ingredients which I expected to say (plain brown sugar) said sugar, and cane syrups. Cane syrups? Are they like mollassess.

Does anyone know what cane syrups are, and if this is what could have been causing my symptoms? I have been using the sugar off and on for the past 3 days (ever since my symptoms started.)

I've never had a problem with sugar.

I'll take any opinions

Thanks kim 07 :(

Cane syrup is syrup made from cane. It shouldn't have gluten.
