can't help, but as a new gluten-free, and being that I spend time in that area a lot (my godkids live in Liberty, OH- near Youngstown, and my DH has family in Cleveland, and since we live in MI, we do spend a fair amount of time down there...

Yours Truly has gluten-free pancakes on weekends (not the location in Hudson but the other location). Kim.
