Hi all, I'm new to the forum and just received all my results back from Dr. Fine.
gluten sensitive, of course, and gene for gluten sensitivity and celia sprue and of course dairy sensitive. I am a rock climber, hiker, mountaineering teacher and regularly hike and exercise for 12 hours at a time on a long day on the weekends.
I have some symptoms not enough to slow me down and always thought the fatigue was from the exercise and an bloated feeling and slight upset stomach was normal.
So, I guess it is major changes. the older I get, the more changes are occurring. I know I hate gluten-free cookies and breads and cakes that have all the gums in them. Any other more natural solutions? I guess its fruits and vegetables on climbs and rice breads. Do any of you recommend fiber supplements since your not getting the necessary fiber? I can't just carry rice when hiking? Help! I think I'm just shocked right now.
