but most of the EMERGEN-C packets are gluten-free!! yea!! only the raspberry and mixed berry flavors are NOT gluten-free!!
these things are great!! i take one every morning and then one whenver i feel kinda sluggish and they make such a huge difference and i never get sick! (knock on wood)

Ironically, I just posted the same thing a couple of days ago -- I like the tangerine the best -- the stuff is almost as good as coffee, but tastes like crsystal light and gives you vitamins and minerals with no caffeine!!

I just read through the ingredients on mine, I have tangerine and raspberry and didn't notice any difference on the ingredient list. Is it in the natural flavoring of raspberry??? How did you find this out????

My older boys love it too, we all drink it, they love it after school, before they have a game. I love it anytime......chasing, carpooling, picking up after and just keeping track of 4 boys is exhausting.

i emailed the company and this was thier reply

Dear Colleen:

In testing for allergens, we found that Raspberry and Mixed Berry
Emer'gen-C do contain traces of wheat, however, the others are free
from
wheat, barley, and rye.

i dont where the wheat is , maybe it is the natural flavors.
i always drink the cranberry ones!
they are yummmmy!

I will have to look for cranberry, don't think I've noticed it before. Thanks for the info tho, I'm still new to this and take more chances than I should!!!
