Two of the ingredient lists say Caramel Color - I thought that was bad, or could be...am I wrong? I didn't buy the chocolate stuff my son would LOVE that I never let him have before because of sugar (I only let the kids get healthy cereals). So, is caramel color good or bad...thanks.

supposedly, caramel color in the united states is not likely to contain gluten. so far, we have not worried too much about caramel coloring when it is listed on the label----and we are seeing improvement.

for anyone who might know-------what would be in caramel coloring that could contain gluten? if it is only wheat---than the new labeling laws should eliminate the concern---is that right?

Ok, I was eating Honey Comb until the wheat maffia got to them.

I know Corn Pops were gluten free until they folded too.

Does anyone know what real brands (by real brands I mean Kelloggs, Post, GM, Quaker) that are gluten free?

Oh and why again is Barley malt bad?

:D You might give EnviroKidz Gorilla Munch and EnviroKidz Panda Puffs a try.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
