Maybe someone's mentioned this before, but I just went to Trader Joe's today and while I was disappointed that they don't have an actual gluten-free section, they have a long list of gluten-free foods (at my local store, they have a wall of different handouts at the back of the store). They have canned tuna that doesn't have broth, they have lots of sauces and dressings, some frozen meals, etc. If there's a Trader Joe's near you, it's worth checking out.
