Incontinence

Over the last few weeks or so, I've had a few bouts with incontinence (with diarrhea). I didn't even feel like I had to go or anything like that...I basically just crapped on myself with no warning or anything. Awfully romantic, isn't it.

Has anyone else had this problem??

Boy, this is really getting intimate...I've had the exact problem! And over the past few weeks, since Easter. My doc said it takes a good 6-8 months for your gut to heal after going gluten-free, so I'm thinking that even though I am really certain I haven't had any gluten at all, my system is still really delicate after only four gluten-free months. I've been eating a lot more greens and stuff that I wasn't eating before and I think my weary body wasn't used to it. I'm going to give it a little more time before I call my doctor, but I will definately call him if it doesn't clear up! Hope you're feeling better! It's the pits!

It happened to me while eating dairy when my gut wasn't healed. I'm finally healing though and it does get better!
