I came across this book called "Gluten Free Diet: A Comprehensive Resource Guide" by Shelley Case. Has anyone got this, and what do you think? I guess it's several years old, and I'm wondering if it's out of date by now.

I have it (got it ... two years ago), and I like it. It has plenty of still-useful information, including a lot of good contact information, a few recipes, and some general reference stuff.

I have it. I think it's still useful -- the dietician I just saw studied under Shelley Case, and she recommends the book, as well.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes it is the quiet voice at the end of the day that says, "I'll try tomorrow".

"There's not a word yet, for old friends we've just met. Part Heaven, part space, or have I found my place? You can just visit, but I plan to stay, I'm going to go back there some day." Gonzo, in the Muppet Movie

I have it too. Haven't picked it up in a while, but it was helpful to me initially...

Shelley Case's follow up book will be coming out this year. I'm trying to wait for it but I'm getting impatient.
