Hello Sassy Canadian
You are lucky to be in Calgary, I have my daughter go to the gluten free market for me sometimes. Have you been there? They have a wonderful hot cereal with raisens and cranberries and nuts
It's called Terra Cotta. They are working on a website, but haven't got it up and running yet, so I can't order from here. Anyway ... my daughter bought them out of the hot cereal and sent it all to me
Just kidding, she just bought them out on that day
We really do have some wonderful Americans on here too, so you'll have fun talking to them

Hi Sassy! You sound really fabulous and perky for a "newbie" - usually, those are the saddest, most bewildered ones (myself included!). What's your secret??????
