Everytime I read about another person getting diagnosed I am happy, because it means that doctors are starting to recognise Celiac Disease! And the more people who have it who get diagnosed, the better for all of us! They get to have a chance to be healthy and we all benefit from more people requesting gluten free info from companies and restraunts! This will help food manufacturers and restaurants to realise there are a lot of us out there needing gluten free.

God bless,
Mariann
