so we have a store in madison called "u-bake" and they have gluten free items...i went in there today to check it out, and came home with hot dog buns, hamburger buns, donut holes, and waffles...so far i have tried the hot dog buns -which were pretty decent, and then the donut holes...oh my gosh, i thought i died and went to heaven...they're heavy like a cake donut and very cinnamin-y and kinda buttery flavored...but man was it nice to find some delicious premade gluten-free food today...i cant wait to try some of their other products! they actually have full sized pies that are ready made!!!! yummmmmm...i'm going to try their buttermilk bread when i run out of my whole foods sandwich bread to see how it compares!

Wow...wish I lived around there!!
There is actually a bakery like 15 minutes from my house that bakes gluten-free stuff. I haven't gotten around to going yet. I heard they have gluten-free cannolies....wooohooo!!!
